The Sikkim Scholarship Notification has been circulated for those students who belong to the related state only by the Human Resource Development Department, Government of Sikkim (Gangtok). The social welfare department of state has invited Sikkim Merit Scholarship Application Form online from all eligible and willing SC/ST/Minority aspirants. The Students, who are studying in Pre Matric/Post Matric/Technical Diploma/Under Graduation and Post Graduate programs in any board/University of the state, may apply for Sikkim Scholarship through the link of the official website of the department.

There are two fellowships which are opened to all eligible and willing aspirants-
The final shortlisted student will be awarded Rs. 800/- per month if he secures a minimum of 70% marks and above in class 12th.
The maximum amount of Rs. 1200/month or Rs. 10000/- per annum will be given to selected candidates.
Students are required to secure a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in PCB for general and 45% for SC/ST in Class XII.
Applying students must have a valid Sikkim Subject Certificate/Certificate of Identification issued by District Collectors of related Districts.
Aspirants must have Post Graduate Degree in Science.
Candidates, who are in any government jobs or any private jobs, should not apply Sikkim Fellowship Scheme.
Aspirants are required to produce an original Copy of Registration Certificate of the Ph.D. degree from any recognized University.
Applying aspirants must have to produce a letter from the Registrar of the relevant University
Aspirants have to send an attested copy of the graduate and Post Graduate Certificates /Mark sheet.

Here candidates will see an option to Scholarship Form Download and applicants have to click on this. Once filling process is completed, upload your scanned photo and all other relevant certificates and hit on submit button. At last, take the print out of this copy for future assistance.
