Selected contenders will have to go 04 years of training and after successful completion of the Indian Army TES Course- 48, all cadets will be given Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of LIEUTENANT.

The finally selected candidates will able to get a stipend of Rs. 21,000/- per month i.e. 15,600/- pay plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- and all other allowances as per central government norms.
