The National University of Advanced Legal Studies Kochi, Kerala has released a CLAT notification for admission in Under Graduate and Post Graduate programs (LLB & LLM) for the students who want to become Lawers Judge in their life. The CLAT Application Form 2021 may be filled to take admission in Law Courses by all eligible and interested candidates from 1st January 2021 to 31 March 2021. CLAT Exam Pattern

Objective Multiple Questions will be asked in the written examination.

There will be negative marking for every wrong answer and it will be 0.25 marks.

Under Graduate (LLB) Courses-

Total Questions- 200

Total Marks- 200

Time- 02 Hours

The following subjects will be considered in the written test-

  1. General Knowledge & Current Affairs- 50 Marks
  2. English Subject-40 Marks
  3. Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability)- 20 Marks
  4. Legal Aptitude- 50 Marks
  5. Logical Reasoning-40 Marks

Post Graduate (LLM) Courses-

Total Questions- 150

Total Marks- 150

Time- 02 Hours

The questions will be asked from the following subjects-

  1. Constitutional Law– 50 Marks
  2. Jurisprudence– 50 Marks
  3. Other law subjects (Criminal Law, International Law, Family Law, Property Law, etc.)- 50 Marks

Common-Law Entrance Test Application Form Details-

About CLAT 2021

The CLAT i.e. Common Law Admission Test is an entrance exam on all India level to take admission into LLB and LLM courses. The National University of Advanced Legal Studies Kochi, Kerala is conducting this test and invites CLAT Application Form from all eligible contenders across Nation. There is a total of 19 universities that are participating (details are given on this page).

CLAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria-

The Candidates are required to pass the 12th class with at least 45 % marks aggregate for Under Graduate (LLB) courses from any recognized board of India.

The applying candidates should have Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 55 % marks aggregate for Post Graduate (LLM) courses from the recognized university of the Nation.
